I offer both private and small group mat Pilates classes tailored to suit a range of fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced clients. Each session focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness in a supportive and motivating environment. In addition to mat work, I am also trained to teach reformer Pilates, providing a dynamic and equipment-based approach that adds resistance and variety to each workout. Whether you prefer one-on-one instruction or the energy of a group setting, my goal is to help you move with confidence, improve posture, and achieve lasting results.
