What is SUP YOGA?
SUP Yoga is a fun yoga practice where you are on an anchored stand-up paddle board. You will be guided through a yoga practice on the water, with lots of options for all ability levels. This is a great core workout that also helps to increase balance and focus.

How far are we from shore?
We will paddle out and anchor in water about 5 feet deep.
I am new to yoga and SUP can I still join a class?
Absolutely, we meet 15-20 minutes prior to class where you will get some paddle instruction before we head out and there are lots of variations in the poses for all levels.
Can I book a private event?
Totally, SUP yoga is great for team building, work events, bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls nights etc...
How many people attend each class?
Each class can have up to 10 participants.
